About

Hi, I'm Kenzo Ejiri.

A Japanese-Australian photographer, graphic designer, and architect — interested in light, patience, and the moment right before it disappears.

Design is my profession, but photography has always been the practice I return to. That pull toward the camera has grown into an award-winning body of work sitting alongside my design and architecture practice, each discipline sharpening the others.

In 2015, my portrait My Father and Mother — part of the series Tokyo Revisited — was selected for the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize at the National Portrait Gallery in London, one of the UK's most high-profile photography prizes.

Available for commissions, prints, and collaborations.
